Biology Field Staff -Deadline 1st March 2020

Flexible start date (March/April 2020)
Temporary position for 2-6 months
Accommodation, food, and associated living/field costs will be provided by Kanahau. 
Responsibilities:
Deliver presentations on various aspects of island biodiversity, assist with fieldwork in challenging habitats and provide supervision for student projects and general volunteers working with wildlife.
Requirements: 
Must speak English (Spanish desirable). Importantly,  must have experience in biological research, field methodologies and active conservation/education. Ideally, we are looking for biologists specialising in the study of Reptiles, Birds, Invertebrates or Mammals. The role demands a strong passion for nature and wealth of biological knowledge to drive forward our research. Included also in your role, is cooking, cleaning, generally assisting the maintenance/running of our facility and hosting visitors.
